Merge of the Cities 2025 Group Cruise Info!

Hey all. We have had requests to organize a group cruise to the Montana Merge of the Cities event on June 14th, 2025.

We will meet at the Three Forks MT Rest Area that is just North of the Wheat Montana Exit in Three Forks MT at 10:00am on Saturday June 14th, 2025. We will plan to roll out of the lot at 10:30am and head south across the freeway and take the old highway around pass the Bridge at Rocking the Rivers, Lewis and Clark Caverns State Park, Cardwell MT, Whitehall MT, and take the old highway into the south end of Butte. The event will be held at the Butte Civic Center at 1340 Harrison Ave, Butte, MT 59701 and is scheduled from 11am - Sundown. Last years Merge event held in Bozeman was the 3rd biggest car show in the state, we are hoping this year will be even bigger!

The cruise over should take about 1 hr and 15-30 mins at about 60mph. Distance is 63 ish miles one way. There is a good mix of scenic rolling hills, mountain passes, and even some tight twisty corners. We would like to park all the Gallatin Valley cars together at the Civic Center if we can, but not a requirement.

Reach out if anyone has any questions. A few of us will be running radios/cb's to be able to communicate to each other. As always, obey all traffic laws and drive your own car, don't feel pressured to keep up with the group. This should be a beautiful summer cruise through SW Montana.

$50 entry for burnout competitors, NO TIME LIMIT!
$5 entry at the gate, $20 for families over 4.
Kids 12 and under, all Active duty/retired military/Veterans, law enforcement, first responders in free.
50/50 tickets available at the gate. We have prizes and 50/50 drawings all night for free sets of tires, service, details, car washes, etc. Along with swag throws and all.

All proceeds will be donated to Mason Moore Foundation and Letty Catlins Battle with Leukemia.
