Paradise at Mason Lake – On-Site RV Living

The HOA for our community park is seeking responsible caretakers to live on-site in an RV and help maintain the park.

Duties include:
• Cleaning park facilities
• Lawn care (mowing & weed-eating)
• Restrooms & garbage
• Visitor check-in and fee collection
• Hut rental scheduling
• Opening the park at 8 AM and closing at dusk

Caretakers must have or be willing to obtain an RV for on-site living and be available 7 days a week during the park season.

Details:
Schedule: 5 days/week, including weekends (Tues & Wed off)
Pay: $1,600/month + free rent, power, water, garbage, and Internet
Housing: Must have an RV or be willing to purchase one
Requirements: Application + background check

COLD WEATHER REMINDER!! Do not plug space heaters into power strips or extension cords. Plug space heaters directly into the wall outlet. Power strips are not designed to handle the high current flow.
