Not ALL mechanics... Some of us have integrity, and morals. There are more important things than money. With that being said, I've already encountered a few people who have been experiencing this; one shop tells them there is all kinds of stuff wrong and come to find out that's not the case.
Just be careful out there folks, and don't just believe everything some shady shops tell you.

Two bolts that came out of a spot that is hard to see...
Inspecting the bolts you can see that the one on the right is dirty about half way; the other one isn't. That is a sign that the one on the right wasn't bolted all the way down. Why, you ask? Well, because someone cross-treaded it into the hole, and then sent it with the customer.
