Bead rolling a piece for the new rocker extensions. Using a Allen Buresh Ox handheld planishing hammer to add a small radius at the bottom of the panel 😎

Finishing out the metalwork from shaving the front side marker lights. Working on a small fender lip outer profile to fit these tires in there; staying as close as we can to the original profile. 😎.

Working on the rear diffuser. Annealing some aluminum to make the u-shaped pockets for the Quik-Latch Distribution fasteners to sit inside. Now we can adjust for clearance to the valence panel. Super easy to attach and detach from the car for better serviceability 😎

Planishing out the bumper after shaving the factory mounting bolts. Finishing the new rear valence and license plate recess, little more blending work to do. Getting the Quik-Latch Distribution in place for mounting the diffuser.

Making a new inner lip for the wheel arch and filing the quarter panel end caps for a better fit. Working with Longs Customs on some custom flush mount led tail lights 😎

07/16/2026

Testing out this new 100 degree microstop countersink on some scrap steel 😎 Setting the depth incrementally until the screw is just flush before we countersink the mounting screws in the new trunk pop solenoid cover.

07/15/2026

Fabricating and bead rolling a trim piece that’ll be used to cover the SPAL_USA shaved trunk pop solenoid and relay. We have a few more features to add to this piece as we move forward. 😎

07/09/2026

Just making noise! Starting fabrication work on new end caps for a smooth custom roll pan 😎

Bumper tuck and gapping work continues on this build. Really liking the feel of this new Dynabrade Automotive Nitro series die grinder. A little footage of the flush mount taillight set up snuck in πŸ€” Still playing with design elements on that; more to come. Little more work to do on the bumper end cap and quarter cap.

07/02/2026

Using a few leftover NotcHead Fasteners hardline clamps for holding some frequently used tools for the planishing hammer. They work great on and off of custom builds 😎
