When you show your ’62 Corvette Resto Mod to another car guy and one of the first things he tells you is…

“You need to take that to Nick Squared.” 😎

That kind of referral means a lot to us — especially when it comes from someone who knows cars.

After talking at length with the owner about the Corvette, the condition of the paint, and what he wanted out of it, we put together a plan that was about getting the best possible result without compromising the car.

This one received the full Nick Squared treatment:

The paint on this Corvette unfortunately didn’t give us a lot to work with. The clear and paint were simply too thin to safely chase every imperfection.

And sometimes knowing when to stop is just as important as knowing how to correct paint.

So instead of pushing it too far, we worked within what the car gave us and brought out that deep, wet, mirror-like shine that BLACK is supposed to have. 🪞🖤

The chrome was polished back up and protected, the wheels and tires were coated, and even the interior leather received protection to help keep this classic looking its best inside and out.

A 1962 Corvette Resto Mod deserves more than just a detail.

It deserves someone who understands when to push the finish… and when preserving it matters more.

And the fact that another car enthusiast pointed the owner in our direction?

That might be one of the best compliments we can get. 🙏

😂 FRIENDS DON’T LET FRIENDS WRITE IN DIRTY PAINT 😂

This black Jeep Gladiator Mojave came back to us from one of our regular customers after a “helpful” buddy decided it would be funny to write a message on the door while it was covered in dirt.

The only problem?

Dirt isn’t just dirt. It’s loaded with tiny particles that can act like sandpaper. What was supposed to be a joke ended up leaving scratches in the paint.

Luckily, that’s exactly why we’re here.

We started with a full detail and then performed a 1-step polish to remove the damage and restore the deep black finish. Once the paint was corrected, we locked in the shine with GYEON Can Coat, providing up to a year of protection, incredible gloss, and easy maintenance.

We also dressed the tires and trim to complete the look.

The end result was a finish so deep and reflective you could practically use it as a mirror. 🔥

Moral of the story:
