Just wanted to let you know that Ohlins shocks has nothing over Pro-Action shocks.

I bought my first set of shocks from you in 2017 or so, I liked them a lot. I did have a problem with them, sent them into Pro-Action and within a week I had them back on the bike.

This is where I screwed myself. With all the talk about Ohlins remote reservoir, I sold my Pro-Action shocks, bought the overpriced Ohlins. I had nothing but problems with them. A lot of calls and texts to Ohlins, They gave me some suggestion on set up to try. Nothing made their shocks ride any better. Eventually they quit responding to my emails or calls. I eventually got a hold of Ohlins, told them I wanted my money back or face legal action. Eventually they did send me return authorization. That's when I ordered my second set of 13-inch Pro-Action shocks.

I received your shocks, installed them on my bike, made a few minor adjustments, and they were good to go.

Our 2026 SG3 and RG3 shocks are now 14.5" long and have all-new valving to work with Harley’s new, rear wishbone suspension. Annnd, don’t forget about our Fork Kit. The HD forks are the same this year as in previous years, so our current Fork Kit is a vast improvement over stock.
