This is a long post but if you read the whole thing you will see how sensitive our futures are and what to expect. We don’t have much freedom left I. This is scary. First up this is not a copy and paste! I NICK OTTE created this post and it concerns every single person on my friends list. Please hear me out. This morning I came across a post that lined out that T mobile cellular phone service as of Jan 1st 2024 will be monitoring all calls and texts on business and personal accounts for violation of discussion subjects. This is stating that if a conversation is had on a t mobile device that contains s.h.a.f.t. (Sexually inappropriate, hate speech, alcohol, fire arms, to***co and terror related discussion) they will fine the user on a 3 tier level. Level 1, $2000 fine, level2, $1000 fine, level3 $500 fine. I thought this had to be bu****it. A quick Google search gave this claim much credit. I thought no way. Another search showed validity. I decided to. All t mobile myself. Ring ring. Got to an actual person. Very chipper young lad. Told him I was considering a service with t mobile but I needed to verify something in their tos (terms of service) so he went to their tos page and searched shaft. At first he wasn’t getting the whole picture I don’t think. Then as I asked him more questions s his chipper attitude got very worry full. His voice changed as he continued to read the tos that I can tell were blowing his mind. He was speechless. He was so stunned by it he himself said that violates the first amendment ‘! K said yeah buddy it does. Very much so. He paused. After a seeker’s 20 second silence he says I’m sorry sir it would appear as if I am in shock I’m sure and that’s because I am very much so. Paused again. Said well I don’t think this job and I are going to work out. He then yelled to his supervisor with phone not up to his mouth. He said excuse me but what in the hell is this? Was arguing for at least 90 seconds and then said…. I quit! He then got back on the phone and said ‘I’m sorry sir it would appear as if this company doesn’t care for your “rights” and then hung up.
I want you all to call them yourself. I should have video recorded the conversation. Before someone says well ya should t be talking about that stuff! That’s not at all what this is about. It’s about they are monitoring every single text or phone call that a T-Mobile customer makes. Lots of bs on Facebook and such. I know. But this is very wrong and an example of the liberties and rights we have written into our history and current bill of rights. Fact is there will be many more cell companies trying to do the same. Trump is being charged with all sorts of iolations of the same document that they are breaking. I’m sure other carriers will try to do the same thing. Please call them yourselves and ask about shaft policy. Little less free today than yesterday. And that’s no bs. Please see for yourself.
