As we'll be traveling more this year, we're transitioning Hitch Itch Mobile RV Tech to focus more on RV roof work. Because of this shift and our time on the road, the business will not be open in the Low Country area until we return.

Our last day working in the area will be March 13th.

The Low Country is projected to have ice in a few days! Make sure to keep those awnings closed!! Water and ice build up will make them collapse quicker than the Cowboys defense!

Beware of Forest River products. I’ve never had more pushback and arguing than I’ve had with Forest River. Their customer “service” is horrendous. Both the Warranty Representatives and the Customer Relations departments will do nothing but fight both you as the owner and me as the technician.

I thought it was possibly just one person that I had dealt with causing all this but my opinion comes from working on 2 different warranty claims with 3 different employees.

It’s not even 11 o’clock yet and I’ve already received three request for broken awnings. It started raining last night and hasn’t stopped.

Everyone please remember that awnings are only really made for shade and you should always bring them in if it’s raining, windy, you’re leaving your camper for the day, or if you’re going to bed!

I’m just trying to save you some money!
