Ooph. The things we get sent messages on are disappointing to say the least.
River Rat Wrenching is solely operated by Zachary Frank. I, Stephanie Mangold, try to run the social media aspect but I also work 2 jobs and we have a child at home still.
Zack does sometimes require assistance from friends of his. You'll often find Dusty Spears at the shop helping, Richard Brown and Caleb Scheland are also great help! We don't employee any of them. We just know there's some jobs to big to tackle solo and are blessed to have great friends that will jump in when needed.
Zack has also opened his doors and loaned his space, lifts, tools, and even trailers to people that want to do their own work but don't have the access to the required necessities or knowledge. You can learn a lot if you're not afraid to ask for help.
As for comments being made by people that advertise for us, we cannot control that or their right to use freedom of speech. We don't condone it but again, we cannot control it.
On that note, WE LOVE SUPPORTERS! We've given out decals, pens, rubber bracelets, and have a friend that can make t-shirts if anyone would like to buy one. Of course, word of mouth is still the best support. Your business allows us to stay open, support our family, and continue to help the local community. Being a small business is hard.
