Tomorrow morning... before you officially start your day... sit back for 5 minutes... we ALL have 5 minutes... take slow deep breaths for about 2 of those minutes... then spend the other 3 pregaming for your day... your plan to have your best day ever... now we all know we're not having our best day every day... but if that is YOUR goal every morning, you'll spend the day running the ball in that direction...
