Service department deserves a 0 star! Dropped off my 2017 Santa Fe 2 days before Harvey (I bought it brand new and I've only had it for 4 months) after my check engine light came on and almost left me stranded on the side of the freeway. My service adviser was Chris Garcés, he gave me a loaner. A week later I call Chris to check on my vehicle and he tells me "I meant to call you and tell you we found nothing wrong with the vehicle, I took it home since I live the farthest and see if it would act up on me", not only did he take it home during the hurricane and put 100+ miles on my car!!! But I get my vehicle back with 26 lbs of air pressure on all 4 tires and a curbed rim!!!!! I did not drop off my vehicle like that. I bring it to his attention and of course he acts confused and didn't know much to say other than he would have to talk to his boss... well that didn't do much, other than Chris telling me that they could send the person who fixes their wheels and tires but that I would have to pay for it!!! Of course I refuse, my husband then contacts the general manager Van Olstrom and explains the situation to him and Van tells my husband he would have to get the other side of the story and give him a call back, 2 days go by and no call back. My husband then calls Van back and Van didn't even remember who my husband was (Shows he wasn't paying attention) so my husband reminds him that he is the person calling about the curbed rim and all Van said was "Oh yeah we can't do nothing for you"! What kind of customer service is this ?!?!?! I strongly recommend not trusting them with your vehicle.
**** Friday August 25, 2017 ***** As many of ya'll know, we have a big storm ahead of us. Sales AND Service will be closing this evening at 6:00pm to make preparations for the storm and to allow our employees and their families time to prepare.
