Turnbull's Towing & Safe Auto Repair Baytown, Going the Extra Mile!

When a passing through, a customer’s truck broke down while hauling a 30-foot travel trailer through the Baytown area. Turnbull’s Towing was there in less than 20 minutes to lend a hand!

After learning they had a 30 foot travel trailer, we knew we needed a little extra help. We reached out to Safe Auto Repair, who stepped up immediately by sending Cream of the Crop nominee for top mechanic Doug McGuire to assist with getting the trailer safely pulled to the shop.

Once the customer’s vehicle arrived, the SAR team got started on it almost immediately. And because great customer service doesn’t stop at the repair shop, Safe Auto Repair even offered their FREE shuttle service to take the customer wherever they needed to go!

That’s what we call Customer Service at its BEST! 🙌

Two local businesses working together to take care of a customer who was simply passing through our community. We’re proud to go the extra mile, and even prouder to be able to work with Safe Auto Repair who do the same!

Time for tech spot light with Safe Auto Repair. Meet Doug he is at our Baytown location. He is a master tech for us he is a rare one and really does care about his co workers and his customers! He gives his all every day with out even thinking twice. Safe Auto is better for having you Doug! Oh PS he was nominated as best mechanic(technician is the real term) in Baytown! Thanks for winning everyday Doug. Also fun fact about Doug he is an amazing cook!

It’s that time of year again! As our kiddos head back to school, remember to watch for school buses, stop when required, keep an eye out for children, and ALWAYS obey the posted speed limits in school zones!
