Leadership starts in the field.
In his first 30 days with ZIPS, our new COO, Frank Ragan, has been working shoulder to shoulder with site teams across Texas—experiencing Operations from the perspective of a CSA, Site Manager, District Manager, and Operations Director.
By immersing himself directly in day-to-day operations, Frank is building his understanding from the ground up and reinforcing what matters most at ZIPS: supporting the teams who serve our customers every day.
