Ridgeline Tire & Auto is giving away a free set of tires to one lucky customer!!!

We know vacation season begins at the end of this month and the first of July for many folks in Harlan County. We also know the worry of traveling long distances on tires that aren’t trustworthy.

Beginning tomorrow, June 10th, any customer that comes in for maintenance will be entered in to a random drawing to win a free set of tires for your vehicle or a family member’s vehicle if you purchase a set of tires yourself.

The winner of the drawing will be announced and contacted on Monday, June 24th!

4 tires, free of charge…just for coming in to have routine maintenance done on your vehicle within the next two weeks. This could be any maintenance from oil change, brakes, alignments, etc.

Position: Front End Manager

Job Duties: All tasks involving day-to-day operations at a full service auto repair and tire sales center. Ordering parts, quoting jobs, answering phone calls, building invoices, helping to move cars in and out of bays to ensure customers are taken care of quickly and efficiently, communicating with fleet companies for PO’s, etc.

Job Requirements: Must have basic car mechanical knowledge in order to help quote jobs and to order parts/tires correctly. Customers call or walk in and ask for pricing and advice regularly so mechanical knowledge is a must. Be quick on computer systems to build invoices and work orders for the guys in the shop. Time management and personnel management skills are necessary to be able to get cars in and out at the correct times and to the correct mechanics in the shop. It is important that you have great people skills and most importantly treat customers with respect and care.

Please note: this is a small family owned business. We all work together to get the job done. No one is above or below the one beside them as each job is important to taking care of the customer. You will be asked to do things you may feel is outside your job title but our philosophy is everyone does anything they can to help the guy beside them. We hope to find someone that will jump in and help in any way. Whether that be plugging a tire in the parking lot because all of the mechanics are busy in the shop or making a phone call to a tire distributor to warranty a tire for someone down on their luck.

We will be closed tomorrow, May 29th, in observance of Memorial Day. While we all certainly enjoy the day off, let us not forget the ones who gave the ultimate sacrifice so that we can enjoy such freedoms. God Bless all the families of our fallen service men and women.

The title of Mother is hard enough without having to worry about servicing their car or truck on top of it all. If you know of a Mom whose vehicle is in dire need of a service and they aren’t able to do it themselves, please send us their name and phone number in a direct message here on Facebook.
