Your tires help you:

✔ Stop
✔ Handle wet roads
✔ Stay connected to the pavement

Check your tire pressure regularly and pay attention to uneven wear, low tread, cracks, or damage.

And remember: tire pressure should be checked when the tires are cold.

Don't Wait for the Screech
Your brakes don't have to be screaming at you before they need attention.

Watch for:
🛑 Squealing
🛑 Grinding
🛑 Pulsation or vibration
🛑 Pulling while braking
🛑 A soft or spongy pedal
🛑 Longer stopping distances

Your brakes are one vehicle system where “I'll deal with it later” isn't a great strategy.

We’re sorry to hear you’re still frustrated about what happened with your 2003 Subaru Impreza. We take concerns like this seriously, and we want to clarify that our service records do not support the statement that we returned the vehicle “without oil.”

At the time of the fuel pump repair in October 2021, our records show the vehicle was approximately 3,000 miles overdue for an oil change and was found to be 1.75 quarts low on oil. The oil level was topped off before the vehicle left our shop. Seven days later, the vehicle returned with an engine knocking noise and internal engine damage.

We understand how upsetting an engine failure can be, and we’re sorry this situation was frustrating. However, based on the condition and service history documented at the time, we could not determine that the fuel pump repair caused the subsequent engine failure.

We’re always happy to discuss concerns directly and review the documented history with a customer. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify what our records show.
