Keithley Kustomz Update
Effective July 1st, Keithley Kustomz will be temporarily closed through September 1st.
This isn't a vacationโit's an investment in the future of our company.
We're using this time to restructure our operations, improve our processes, update equipment, and refine the overall customer experience from the moment you contact us until the day you pick up your vehicle.
Our goal has always been to build more than repaired vehiclesโwe want to build a shop that delivers the quality, communication, and craftsmanship our customers deserve.
While the shop is undergoing this transition, I (Austin Keithley) will still be taking on select smaller jobs, including both insurance and cash-pay work. If you have a smaller repair or project you'd like me to look at, don't hesitate to reach out.
Also the dream team we have are still with us. They are a part of the plan as well ๐
We truly appreciate everyone's continued support and patience during this transition. We look forward to reopening on September 1st stronger, more efficient, and ready to serve you better than ever.
Sometimes you have to step back to build something even better.
We truly love all of you. โค๏ธ
