On this day 25 years ago, I remember exactly where I was at the time. I was working at Goodyear high-tech on Beckley Road in Battle Creek Michigan. Customers were sitting in the waiting area as we were doing oil changes and doing repairs.  The NBC morning news was on the TV when the news came out we are under attack.  Play-by-play the news was showing us exactly what was going on in real time. Customers were devastated as we all gathered in the showroom and watched the TV in disbelief. The World Trade Center had been hit by an airplane.
For weeks, it was talked about the aftermath digging through the rubble, finding people bodies devastation. 
Freedom is not free. I encourage everyone to take one minute of silence like I do every year.  to never forget the people the innocent people that were lost that day.
