Our Employee of the Month is Kyle Talbert for going above & beyond to serve our customers and the dealership! We asked him a few questions to learn something new about him. Here is what he said:
Q: What inspired you to join the MBOBR team, and what do you enjoy most about working here?
A: It was an opportunity that I couldn't pass up, and I really like the people I work with.
Q: If you could instantly master any new skill, what would it be and why?
A: To be able to sing better.
Q: What is a personal or professional achievement you're most proud of?
A: Personally, raising 3 daughters. Professionally, helping to take this business to the next level.
Q: If you could switch roles with someone for a day, who would it be and why?
A: Jack Nicklaus. I would love to see what it feels like to play golf that well.
Q: What's one piece of advice you would give to someone new to the team?
A: Always treat people like you want to be treated.
Q: If you could create a new tradition for MBOBR, what would it be?
A: In addition to the culture coins and lunch, I would like to give the Employee of the Month an extra paid day off.
