A little test session with Canadian Dave and the Bo**er today... not exactly the beast it is . Today was about working out the bugs....
But, we figured out a couple of potential problems with it.
Safe and easily fixable issues.
Dyno time can be priceless.

6.0L 4l80e 9 inch rear end.
Blake Moyer has a kewl slot car.
Naturally aspirated and overdrive is making some steam!!

This is the flow sheet before and after testing and cleaning.
These injectors are only 2 yrs old and maybe have 40 passes.
The engine had a cylinder #7 that always looked wicked on the spark plug.
So we added a bunch of fuel in the Haltech software to compensate..
Just because you have new stuff, never rely on the manufacturer or your tuner to fix your problem.....
FYI.... this was from own race car.
Maintenance is key to your program. No matter how mundane or minimal. Every race or every pass.

Not too often that I get do work with my son AJ Frank.
But today was a great time.
His 87 notch back with a P1X Procharger equipped Coyote and 6R80 auto transmission was on the schedule for some remote tuning by Modified by KC aka MKC Performance on the factory ecu.
E85 and 93 octane tunes were a breeze.
This car is way cool!!

Had a customer who has a powerglide fitted race car.
This is from the car that was on the track and just let go of the foot brake to make a pass.
This is a chrome moly driveshaft yoke in a 2900 pound race car.
This yoke is 12 yrs old.
Sooooo. The moral of the story is that even when you implement the best parts and pieces available, it doesn't mean that they last forever.
Every piece has life span.
That is why we always do a lot of inspection and maintenance on our vehicles.
