Yall please watch this video (tune in at 11:30 mark). This is a customer of mine from Kentucky. He ran into one of the most common speedo issues I deal with. Dramatic before/after shots of these two rebuilds finished this week. 1957 and 1946, headed back to Thailand. Swipe for detail photos and a good laugh. I’m daydreaming of being at Davenport and missing my friends from all over. I hope the aisles there are packed with riders instead of resellers. We’re doing steak tacos and puya salsa tonight in tribute to the motorcycle gods. Here comes the weekend yall.

Unfortunately I will NOT be at the swap this week in Davenport. Explanation in the video. I’m very sorry to my returning customers, but nevertheless, I am still open for business! I’d like nothing more than to eat steak fajitas in the shade with all my friends and talk about crusty Harley parts. I hope yall have a ball up there and everyone finds a $10 knucklehead.

Lots of people writing me, so I’ll post this hoping they see it. On my way home from Alaska I hit a deer in a remote part of Northern Alberta, CAN. I got myself to a hospital where a doctor told me he didn’t think my leg was broken. I asked for an MRI, and he said maybe in a few weeks. So, I split on my bike 12hrs south to Montana and went to the hospital. They confirmed my leg was broken and may need knee surgery. Now I’m headed to TX to get real care from an orthopedist. I rolled the dice and rode until I couldn’t. My trip was a complete dream, and I’m thankful to be alive. To all my customers, please be patient with me as this is a serious set back. And to everyone that tried to help, I’m forever grateful.

Mornin yall! Today I’m leaving for a dream motorcycle trip. Mexico to Alaska and back. Paisas to Innuits and gringos inbetween. A chingadera story if you will. I turned 40 this year and rebuilt a show and go fuel injected bike just for the occasion. Something completely different to ride while doing my old-fashioned remedy. I’ll be thinking about a lot of my friends that didn’t make it to 30 or 40 like me. It’s our duty to get out and live for those that couldn’t.

I’m still available via phone or social media for speedo repair. Thanks for your patience while I’m away. I’ll see you on the road.
