🔧 Small Fix… BIG Savings – 2011 Ford Edge SEL
Customer came in with a power steering leak and noise while turning and was concerned it might need a major repair.
After a proper inspection, I found the issue:
👉 A torn O-ring at the power steering pressure line connection — right at the pump.
✔️ Replaced the O-ring
✔️ Topped off fluid
✔️ Cleaned and rechecked system
✔️ No more leaks, no more noise
đź’° This small repair saved the customer from a much larger and unnecessary repair.
While inspecting the vehicle, I also found a serious safety issue:
🚨 Front tire had a sidewall bulge (belt separation)
👉 Advised immediate replacement — customer is taking care of that next
Customer is back on the road safely with a clear plan moving forward đź‘Ť
