As part of the on-going growth at the park we upgraded our laundry room this month to commercial machines.

As a result, our previous machines are looking for a new home.

We have 3 washers and 2 electric dryers available. All are functional and clean. They have been used for quite a bit of laundry in a busy laundry room, so they are not in top form any longer. They still have some life in them to help someone else.

PENDING-Whirlpool Washer/Dryer - $125 for the pair
Gray/Gunmetal - Both are clean and work well, the washer gets off-balance if overloaded or with bulky items. Might need some TLC from an appliance guy. The dryer works well and gets the job done.

2 Maytag Washers
SOLD-Washer 1 - Probably the best washer of the lot - $75
It works well and can tolerate heavy loads and bulky items without going off-balance.

Washer 2 - Washes and is functional - $50
Does best with normal or light loads. Bulky or overloaded it will make a racket. Might need some TLC from an appliance guy.

Roper Dryer - $50
The dryer works well for normal size loads. If it gets loaded down heavily it takes a while longer to get dry.

Available for viewing a the clubhouse. Located at I-29 at the Bartlett Exit. You can contact the park for more info, or stop by the clubhouse during office hours to view.

The next two weeks should provide alot of fun in the local communities, celebrating the 4th of July. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, personal fireworks are not permitted in the park. Instead, we encourage everyone to support our local communities, small businesses, and enjoy the amazing professional displays lighting up the sky around us.

We are recruiting for our next workcampers.

Bartlett Shores RV Park is a year-round RV park that welcomes workcampers who enjoy helping create a friendly, well-run community. We serve long-term monthly guests as well as interstate travelers, and we also feature Glamping tiny homes for a unique guest experience. Our well-equipped facility includes a clubhouse, guest lounge, laundry facilities, showers, and restrooms.

Available Positions:

Maintenance Workcamper - Assist with park upkeep, repairs, and general maintenance tasks

Camp Host - Welcome guests, assist with check-ins, and provide exceptional customer service

Position Details

Hours: Typically 25+ hours per week, with varying schedules
Open to solo workcampers or couples
Year-round opportunities available

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $15+ per hour depending on experience (ALL hours are paid)

Deeply Discounted RV Site: $175/monthly plus tax - Full hook-up site with 12' x 80' cement pad plus cement patio area
