To all our current customers and future visitors, we do our best to run our park with the best quality and service to all those staying with us. However, as inflation has increased for everyone, it has affected our operating costs as well with insurance rates rising and payroll to keep the park operating. We haven’t raised rates since 2022 and have come time that we are forced to do so in order to maintain this park for our customers.
Effective May 1st, 2026, our monthly rate will increase from $395 to $415 plus electric used, and our weekly will increase from $175 to $195. However, this change does not affect our daily reservations as they will stay the same $39 cost as before. This will help us continue to keep our park operating with the same quality we have for years and keep up with the higher prices attached to everyday business.

All those who book online get 10% off their stay (for stays 4 days and under). All online reservations are limited to only daily and weekly stays, so you will still need to call us if you are looking for a monthly reservation stay.
