Out with the blue and in with this beautiful metallic green. Frame sandblasted and painted black, rust repairs on the doors, and fiberglass repairs on the hood.

Next one up! 🔥

This Western Star is getting some much-needed attention. The frame is getting sandblasted and refinished, along with fresh paint on the tanks and hood.

Plenty of work ahead on this one, but it’s going to be a completely different truck when we’re done.

Stopping the rust before it becomes holes. 💪

This GMC came in with rust starting along the bottoms of the doors, fenders, and bedside. We caught it early, cleaned everything up, properly prepped the affected areas, and refinished it before it turned into a much bigger repair.

A little preventative work now can save a lot of cutting and welding later.

Another Western Star getting some rust repair taken care of. 💪

We cut out the rot around the doors, repaired the bad areas, and finished it off with a black stripe to clean up the look and tie everything together.

A solid repair with a little custom touch. Done the Preferred way.

More progress on this one. Reassembly starts tomorrow. Stay tuned for the finished product.

Our 1st Annual Preferred Truck & Paintworks Fishing Trip was one for the books! 🎣

The crew put in the work all year, so it was time to get off the jobsite and enjoy a day on the water. We limited out early, hauled in some great stripers, even pulled up a few lobsters, and made some memories along the way.

I can’t thank this team enough for everything they do. Their hard work, dedication, and pride in what they build every day is what makes Preferred Truck & Paintworks what it is.

You guys earned this. Here’s to making this a yearly tradition. 💪
