PICI NH has a lot to offer; unique and traditional application of spray on truck bed liner, a full line of vehicle accessories including rims and tires, metal fabrication and automotive/ mechanical service and repair. I am a one man operation and I strive for fairness, honesty, transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in everything I do as well as taking
personal accountability and responsibility for all aspects of my work, I expect my customers to adhere to the same values “treat others as you expect to be treated”. I have worked as a mechanic my entire professional career, starting in 1999. I’ve worked in small, all makes shops, dealerships, handled all aspects of maintenance for a large shipping company and since 2009 I have been in business for myself. As PICI NH I offer most common services offered by traditional shops as well as taking on projects that more traditional shops may not that encompass one, or multiple aspects of my business. Here is a pricing and policy list for the services offered by me as PICI NH
LABOR CHARGES
In order to fairly serve my customers, although I am one person doing various types of work, it is necessary to charge different rates for various types of work. Where some jobs are very simple and common, other jobs can require specific knowledge and specialized tools and equipment to perform. In some cases jobs will require research and education to ensure they’re properly done and the vehicle will be reliable and safe. Different labor rates help to keep costs down and ensure service and repair is done with accuracy and attention to detail at all times. (B) Base Labor $60/hr: This is a labor pay rate for basic services like oil changes and inspections/ quick assessments
(S) Service and Repair Labor $75/hr: This is a labor rate for general service, repair and diagnostics, including but not limited to brakes, steering and suspension, engine/ driveline component replacement
(M) Metal Work $80/hr: This is a labor pay rate for work involving metal welding, cutting and fabrication
(H) High skilled Service, Repair, Diagnostics $90/hr: This is a labor pay rate for complex services, diagnostics and repair requiring specialized/ specific procedures, tools and equipment
(T) Towing $90/hr: This is a labor pay rate for towing, customers will be billed at this rate from the time the tow truck leaves until the time the truck returns to the shop and the vehicle is unloaded. This includes time spent positioning, loading and unloading. Vehicles need to be towed facing forward and may need to be loaded twice at time of pickup. SERVICE FEES
Computer code check and documentation: $40, $5 per additional computer/system, includes code clearing if needed
Computer diagnostics: $60 plus hourly labor, this fee occurs for data reading and diagnostic tests and procedures through the vehicles computer communication / OBD2 port
AC system recharge: $60, includes up to 2lbs R134a refrigerant and 2 oz of dye oil. Additional charges for diagnostics
Tire mounting: $10
Rim bead sealing: $5/ wheel
Tire balancing: $10 per wheel
Tire rotation: $20
Tire disposal: >19” $4 per tire
