We are the land of the free and freedom of religion. Yet right now there is Christian religion Christmas tree in the Whitehouse celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ birth. So our holidays are mostly christian holidays. Why do we not have Jewish holidays or Islamic holidays, or any other religious holidays celebrated each year? Rather than force feed Christian holidays to everyone in the USA. Do children that are non-Christian enter any other religion than Christianity gets days off from school to celebrate the holiday? Also, our currency has is God we trust on it. What if you don't believe in any God much less Christianity. We are supposed to separate church and state as stated in the constitution. Yet America and the Christian religion are married together. We only celebrate Christian holidays. I'd support getting time off for your religion. Not just Christian religion that were originally force feed by kings to those people banning their pagan religion from being celebrated. Or off with you head to set example. Just because it has been this way your whole life doesn't make it correct. We are the land of the free for all people of all religions, yet we are constantly force feed Christianity and Christian religious holidays. How would you like to visit the Whitehouse during December and it be full of Islamic religious holiday displays. Celebrating Islamic holiday?
