Today is a BIG DAY here at The Machine Shop, Inc.

We have been anxiously awaiting the delivery of a replacement piece of machinery from Rottler Manufacturing.

The piece of equipment it is replacing is from the 1980’s.

Happy 250th Independence Day Weekend!!

We are CLOSED Friday, July 3rd in observance of the holiday weekend and to give our staff some extra time with their families.

As part of the US Cellular merger with T Mobile, we have found that when we call customers who have US Cellular phones, it’s going straight to voicemail for us and giving the customer no record of the call.

We have started utilizing our Repair Order Dispatching Program, AutoVitals, to text customers in this situation to call us.

We are hoping T Mobile resolves this issue quickly, but unfortunately there is no fix on our end. Our IT company has suggested customers remove WiFi calling as a start.

If we have a vehicle of your’s, your a US Cellular or T Mobile customer, and you have not heard from us in a timeframe that is expected, please reach out to check in.
