⚠️ Friday Tire Reminder ⚠️

This customer's vehicle was towed in after what they thought was just a flat tire. Fortunately, they weren't traveling at highway speeds when the tire failed.

The average lifespan of a tire is about 6 years, and regular inspections can help identify aging, cracking, and wear before they become a safety concern.

We're thankful they called Tim's Towing and got their vehicle safely to us. After a new set of tires and a thorough inspection, they're back on the road with confidence and peace of mind.

A little preventative maintenance can go a long way. 🚗💨

🎉 We're thrilled to share this alumni spotlight! Once again shining the light on Drew H. and Cole C., members of the St. Joseph School - Fullerton, Class of 2023. They earned the Tim’s Automotive and Towing Engineering Scholarship! 🐾🔦 This scholarship recognizes outstanding STEM upperclassmen at Archbishop Curley High School who show great potential in engineering. SJS is a special community and place learning for many of the families at Tim's. We couldn’t be more proud of Drew and Cole for this incredible achievement! 👏

This scholarship is awarded annually to deserving STEM upperclassmen at Archbishop Curley High School who demonstrate strong potential in engineering.

Mr. Tim Bonner, owner of TIMS AUTOMOTIVE & TOWING, has a special connection to our school community as his children previously attended St. Joseph School, and current employees also have children enrolled at our school. 🐾

Today, we honor and remember Officer Amy Sorrells Caprio on the eighth anniversary of her passing. Her ultimate sacrifice will never be forgotten, and we are eternally grateful for her dedicated service and bravery. Officer Caprio’s courage in the line of duty exemplifies the true meaning of heroism, and her memory lives on in our hearts.

Today marks eight years since Officer Amy Sorrells Caprio’s passing. In her memory, officers will wear mourning bands on their badges.

On May 21, 2018, Officer Caprio, 29, responded to a call regarding a suspicious vehicle in the Perry Hall area. A second call confirmed that a home was being burglarized by four suspects associated with the suspicious vehicle, which was later determined to be stolen. When Officer Caprio arrived on scene, she exited her vehicle and ordered the driver to exit the Jeep Wrangler. The driver accelerated, fatally striking Officer Caprio.

Officer Caprio was assigned to Precinct 8 in Parkville at the time of her passing. She served with the Department for nearly four years. Her sacrifice will always be remembered. Her name, alongside other fallen heroes, is inscribed on the monument at Patriot Plaza in Towson.
