She found us on social media, made contact, and we chatted about what she wanted. We made the appointment and history was made. Her main concern was the interior, so I detailed the interior, then washed and sealed the exterior. The wheels and tires were cleaned and the tires were dressed.

She said.... the exterior looks red again lol.

She said i really want a interior detail. I asked did she visit our website for knowledge and estimated costs and she said yes. She also went with a exterior wash.
I always push for a wash n seal when one desire just an interior detail because it just makes sense to have a fully cleaned vehicle.

We are moving in the right direction. These are before pics and two during pics of the seats going from oily and soiled to a cleaner seat removing the oil and soil lol.

It got cleaned, disinfected and sanitize during the cleaning process.

When you have customers that actually listen and absorb information, getting a ceramic coating doesn't mean you need to pay with your second-born, not even a rib, but if you are adamant about what you want, it can all happen. Look at these beads before the wash. He stated he washed it just as I advised: soap it, pressure rinse it, and drive off. It knocked off the dirt enough to enjoy his ride, but he wanted it sparkling, so he came in and it got the professional wash.

Looks like the chosen protection is holding up very well.

I have never pushed for Google reviews or stars; usually, my circle did it to assist. It is funny how folks find you on social media or Google, read reviews, use your services, and love your work but never give a rating or review. This behavior should change.

Do not be that person who only reviews when things are bad. Do not be that person who believes no one deserves a top review. Do not be that person who fails to praise the hardworking servants out there making a name for themselves.

Grassroots come-ups start from folks out there doing what is needed to help growth, especially when you know that the service provider did more than you expected. Make a business’s day by giving a fair review of the services provided.

I've talked and watched a lot of detailer's. It is universal that we all clean but its a special breed that cleans with knowledge further than an all purpose cleaner as their only cleaner to use. Sure it cleans but it also damages. The reflash of that chemical could harm someone. If mixed poorly it'll damage and some detailer's will put oil on the area to hide the damage.

All All-purpose cleaners aren't the same.

I like those with a citrus smell
I like those that are sanitizers and disinfectant
I like those that doesn't damage surfaces after they are wiped away/neutralized.

One of the many 3 sets I use when conduct the 3 ph wash on any vehicle that comes in for a detail. At times I may even use the steps on just a wash to confirm or deny any serious protection the owner say they have such as a Ceramic coated vehicle.
