We are looking for a mechanically inclined part-time shop foreman. This position is at least 24 hours a week. This is a new position for us and we expect it to grow into a full-time role. This person should be familiar with small engine maintenance such as oil changes, cleaning carburetors, changing spark plugs, air filters, etc. This will also include maintenance on larger heavy equipment that would include oil changes, hydraulic oil changes, filters, etc. The role also includes transporting materials and equipment to various job site using company vehicles. We are primarily a marine construction company with commercial divers. Additional construction knowledge is a bonus. There may be additional opportunities to work as a laborer on job site. A CDL is preferred as we do own a tractor and low boy trailer for our equipment. A clean driving record is a must. The position begins at $25/hr, but scale jobs have increased wages.
