Wynveen Auto Body is a well established, small town, family owned repair facility located in Baldwin, WI. We are looking to expand our team by hiring an entry level auto body technician. You will be working closely with experienced technicians to develop the skills required to become a productive collision repair technician. We will provide tools and training!

Responsibilities and Duties:

Auto Detailing, Buffing and Polishing of customer vehicles
Disassembly and Assembly of vehicles
Parts inventory and prepping
Shop maintenance.
Painting

Qualifications and Skills:

Desire to learn the trade!
Time management skills a must and understand the importance of maintaining a production schedule.
Valid drivers license is required.

Pay is dependent on experience

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Office Manager/Estimator position. Job responsibilities include greeting customers, preparing damage estimates, explaining estimates and repairs to customers, scheduling repairs, ordering parts and preparing weekly workloads for technicians. Strong customer service and communication skills are a must as this position will require daily interaction with customers, vendors, insurance reps and other personnel within the company. Individuals should have organization skills and a good driving record. Any background or experience within the automotive repair industry would be helpful but not required as we will provide paid training.
