“Well, once again we enjoyed our seamless Lexus service & office check in/out experience. We travel from out of town so that is very important for us. We had scheduled maintenance and asked to have a strut evaluated for leaking fluid which was diagnosed faulty and replaced the flowing day. Aris, service writer was exceptional in communicating progress updates. We had a nice complimentary car wash to send us on our way!”
