Also be aware that if you begin to do your renewals online and are unable to complete your transaction your vehicle will be locked in the system for a minimum of 72 hours and cannot be renewed by us until it is released

We will accept applications for title transfers that are mailed to us or received through the drop box

A PS2000 can be found on the link above. It is required for all out of state titles and STRONGLY RECOMMENDED for Minnesota titles.

All titles are required to be signed before sending to us.
Please use great care when filling out titles as they are a legal document and alterations and erasures will void the title.

Documents submitted in the drop box need to be in an envelope and include either a check made out to us or call/email/message for and estimate of cash payment.

Next week we will start to process title transfers and other transactions
A PS2000 is recommended for title transfers and required for out of state title transactions. It is also used for renewals without the reminder sent from DPS.

Please note that all titles and applications must be signed properly and want to remind everyone that titles are a legal document and alterations will cause the document to be void or require corrections. So please be cautious when filling them out.

Applications may be submitted through the mail or the drop box. Please include your contact info and a signed check made out to us.

Incomplete applications cannot be processed and will cause indefinite delays to your transaction.

Completed non plate apps will be returned via USPS but transactions with plates must be picked up in person at the greenhouse pick up window.
