🌿 The team behind Tico Time presents Pura Vida Village, a vision for a new kind of residential community along the Animas River.

We imagine a place where thoughtfully designed homes and shared community spaces exist alongside nature, recreation, and opportunities for wellness and connection. We dream of creating a community centered around unity, sustainability, and living in reciprocity with each other.

Pura Vida Village is envisioned as a separate residential community outside of the existing Tico Time campus. Tico Time River Resort and our festival venue will continue operating as they do today, welcoming guests, campers, festivals, and events.

Right now, Pura Vida Village is at the beginning of its journey. We’re looking for conscious investors and partners who want to help make that possible.

This is an opportunity to get involved from the ground up and help shape what Pura Vida Village can become. 🌱
