Resident-only GATED ACCESS & 24hr surveillance and a ZERO tolerance make us one of the safest parks around. we also do a 2 part background on every guest in that stays in the park over the age of 18. GREAT amenities like fast WiFi, a dog park & swing set are a few other reasons we stand out. Residents can also enjoy regular community cookouts and FREE LAUNDRY..SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?? We have a all bills paid option or fixed monthly that includes $75.00 in electrical and the guest pay anything over.

We now offer 2 options to better serve our residents. #1- ALL BILLS PAID- NO fees, deposits, just one amount due on the 1st of the month.(rates are pro-rated for move-ins that take place during the month) #2- Lot Rent + electric- ($75 elect.deposit) and/or $75 monthly to access Free laundry/Bathhouse. We realize not everyone needs the use of those facilities so why pay for a service you don't need, RIGHT?? EVERYONE can enjoy ALL of the other great amenities that our park has to offer. Hello Everyone!! Come join us on Sunday Nov.24th noon-4pm for our 1st Annual Community Cook-Out! We will be cooking hot dogs & burgers on the grill at our new covered picnic area in the back. Im asking everyone to bring your favorite sides, desserts & drinks. Sign up sheet is in the laundry room. Please sign up by Thursday the 21st.
