We currently have 6 sites available. Amenities include: 3 hotel style showers in our bathing facility, a large fenced-in dog park, playground (as shown), two laundry facilities (one of each side of the park), the new firepit and gathering area (shown in pics).
If interested in being a long or short term guest, and your camper is 10 years or older, text all around pictures of it, as well as pics of all adults IDs wishing to move in to (682)774-7480. I perform background checks on all prospective guests, at no charge, to respectfully, make sure our park stays as it should be. There is a $100 refundable deposit (see guest agreement upon arrival) on all sites...
30 amp sites are $425 per month, 50 amp sites are $450 per month.
I have worked very hard to make this is a peaceful, quiet, respectable place to call home with a diversified age group. We do not allow Pit breeds, but welcome up to 2 indoor pets (NO OUTDOOR CATS) per site. I look forward to meeting you and showing you around.
