Had this Honda Magna 750 in this past summer. Customer brought it to me with it running, but it was not right! It didn’t want to idle properly and the would fall on its face when you got on it. Got into it and found that the 1st and 3rd carb slides were stuck and not opening anymore than a 1/4 of their full potential. Lifting the seat I ended up cracking the brittle fuel line as well. And found some slow coolant leaks. Got the line fixed, which ended up leaking on the customer again about a week or two later. I couldn’t find one for this model and the bend was too much for any new line so I put a 90 degree elbow in it which the silicone line maker did not set properly. They got it sorted! But then the coolant leaks were just a few o-ring seals and the carbs were tore down, cleaned, rejetted as well as fine tuned! Thing ran like a champ after all work was done! Customer was nice as could be and was extremely satisfied! 🤘🏽

2020 yz250f- customer wanted a new piston/rings and some other issues fixed.
Found that the bike had sucked in quite a bit of dirt. Ended up finding some wiring issues and a lot of corrosion/dirt. Removed and cleaned every connection, plug and harness. Got the bike and engine pretty well spotless. Installed new piston/rings, cam chain, adjusted valves to proper spec, greased every bearing on the bike as well as cleaned and polished all swivel points and through bolts. Bike looks good, runs and sounds amazing now!
As always, I love this stuff! I need more!!! 🤘🏽

Good morning folks! Koty Groutage here, owner of KG Mods & Repairs. I have been wanting to start this journey for awhile now, and it is time. It is not my full time gig at the moment, but eventually that is the goal!
