I can't say enough about this shop. I have taken my vehicle here before and they did excellent work on a huge claim. I took it to Diamond again (6-14 to 7/3) because of the quality of previous work. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else! I work with body shops quite frequently for work and the service never compares to DC. Being on vacation this time around made it easy to pay what I needed to over the phone for less hassle. Thank you, Diamond Collision for always helping me out and being the best body shop! Also, Carey is definitely the best at customer service and accuracy. Thanks again!

We picked up our 07 Tahoe last Friday just before closing. It was already too dark to get any pictures of it. We then drove to Tire Barn and had the tires rotated before we drive it to Florida later this week. Then it was home and into the garage where it stayed until noon today. I figured the noon sun would be perfect for taking pictures.
This photo shows how we feel about our experience with Diamond. This repair was paid for by the Progressive Insurance of the lady who ran the stoplight and hit us.
We were told that as soon as the detail shop washed our Tahoe, we could pick it up. As the pictures show, they wiped down the sides of the Tahoe and left all the sanding grit and dust on the roof seemingly untouched. Really? This was a $3995.67 repair. And they couldn't wash the whole vehicle?
