🚧There is a crew that has been hard at work to replace the pump that was damaged by Saturday’s lightning strike to restore the well system.

One of the residents at our sister community, Lake Letta Mobile Home Park, recently invited Manager Jenifer into her home to see her wonderful rooster and chicken collection.

Jenifer absolutely loved it! 😍 Every corner was filled with unique collectibles, charming details and special little touches that gave the home so much warmth and personality.

Hey Lake Letta Neighbors, 🌿check out our fresh new look! 🌿

Our park is getting a beautiful refresh today with colorful crotons and variegated schefflera bringing new life and Florida color to our landscape. 🌴🌺

☀️ It’s hot outside! 😅 If you’re looking for a fun way to cool off indoors this week, take a trip to the Avon Park Depot Museum. 🚂

Housed inside a historic 1926 railroad station, the museum offers fascinating displays that include early 1900s household setups, military uniforms, old photographs, and a telephone switchboard used locally until 1985.

One of several exhibits of particular interest is the "accidental discovery" of Brown 'n Serve Dinner rolls by a local bakery owner and volunteer fireman! 🥐

🍽️ One of the highlights of the Depot Museum is the exhibited dining car. This exhibit allows visitors to step back in time and experience what dining on a train was like during the heyday of rail travel. 😋

⚾The facility includes the connected Avon Park Baseball Museum, celebrating local MLB legends and the town's history of hosting Major League spring training with the St. Louis Cardinals and baseball greats like Babe Ruth.

**IMPORTANT WATER UPDATE** We received notice that, due to the recent water break, there is currently a water boil notice in effect.

Repairs are scheduled to take place tomorrow to address the issue.

Manager Jenifer will keep everyone updated and let you know as soon as I receive confirmation that the repairs are complete and the boil notice has been lifted.
