If u hear a brake noise its prob a squeeler which is a low brake pad indication that there may be a issue! Turning the radio up is not the fix!

We are short handed and struggling to keep up with phone calls. We really appreciate the patience from our customers...even if it takes Late nights at Twisted Wrench Customs llc just finished up 2 more complete transmission builds for 2 other local shops

We want to address a situation that comes up from time to time around the shop..

around 2.5 to 3 years ago we leased the shop out to what was called a and t car sales or something for about a 6 month period. We still.had some signs up and around At the time we had multiple shops in different locations. It was a mistake and We took shop back over as soon as we could get them outta here. We also lost around 5 or 6k worth of tools equipment to even shop light fixtures and things to inconvenience us taken by them at the time. We Tried and attempted to get our stuff back but they disappeared. We repainted shop and we reopened we had alot of people come in in during that year with horror stories of bad repairs or being burnt. Just to make it clear THIS IS NOT US WE WERE NEVER ASSOCIATED WITH THEM. I am here everyday if there is a issue feel free to come in talk to me about it. We quarantee our parts repairs and our service and we have for 24+ years we have people from local to states away that come to us for repairs for that reason. Yes Sometimes we are be a lil short or grouchy as we have phones going off and customers in and out all day along with major overhauls and repairs going everyday but we will always provide the best quality service available and always have time to address ur questions or ur needs.

It was brought to our attention that a customer was nervous around the "pit" we have in shop and may not return because of him. I would like to offer my apologies to the customer and we are sorry to see u go. Btw the pits name is catfish. He is a vital part of this shop and part of our team he goes everywhere with us daily and as many know he does not have a mean bone in his body and is the sweetest one of all of us. I promise u if you get BIT, it will be from one of our mechanics not catfish.he has been around the shop since a tiny puppy and he had a stronger following of customers than the ones fixing ur vehicles do. We have many customer that show up daily or weekly with treats,toys, bones etc just to see and play with him. This is from infants to elderly customers. So as i said be more aware of agressive behavior and biting from the feral mechanics....not the puppy

All we ask is u dont let him out the door cause he likes to go play with the dogs behind the shop.

We are happy to announce that they are installing a new high end 3D alignment machine in the shop this week, very soon we will be offering 2 and 4 wheel computerized 3D alignments, going foreward in near future we will no longer have to send customers out of town to get a high quality vehicle alignment.

At moment we still have no phone system as we are waiting on the phone company to come repair the lines. If u need us contact us here on messenger or come see us!
