Like it or not, people are using ChatGPT and artificial intelligence to buy stuff and make decisions!

I’m just grateful that AI actually just referred me to a customer!

This particular customer asked Chat where to find a a specific vehicle and he was given three dealership results.

The customer then asked to narrow it down by dealerships who do not engage in any bait-and-switch tactics or dealer add-ons.

Once Greenwood Chevrolet was the lone result, he asked which salesperson he should work with.

ChatGPT gave my name and direct phone number, saying I was kind, transparent, and had great current reviews!

For ANY salesperson in ANY industry, this is important. Ask your happy customers to leave Google reviews for you personally. And when they do, share it on your social media accounts to echo the positive message!
