The Customer Service Rep is the face and voice of our store, the very first impression. It is important we have the right person in the seat at all times of the day.
This is a position that offers a lot of growth and potential for promotion within the company.
Our ideal candidate would be continuously smiling, multi-tasking, speaking with customers over the phone and in person, and still smiling. This person needs to be able to relay that to each customer with the utmost respect and be proud to represent the Continental Automotive Group. With a high average tenure and a family-like staff, that will be the easiest part of the job!
Job duties include but are not limited to:
• Greet all customers when they enter the office in a timely and professional manner
• When in personal contact with the customer, the CSR should maintain a polite, courteous attitude and refer any problems to the appropriate Team Member or Manager
• Maintain the customer waiting area (to include the magazine and children’s area)
• Write up Repair Orders (RO’s) when required
• The CSR should ensure that all RO’s have a signed authorization form in file (including tow-ins)
• Write up Night Drop Off’s
• Monitor to ensure that all vehicles are moved in order not to block the front office area
• Receive payments from the customers, input payments into the management system, use the check/credit card machine as needed, and handle all the administrative aspects of delivery
• Must be very outgoing, friendly, and helpful, and people-oriented including customers and fellow employees
• Maintain work habits that are in accordance with the CCC employee policy as outlined in the CCC Employee handbook
• Dress in an appropriate and professional manner as outlined by CCC policies
• Should have excellent organizational and communication skills
• Should have the ability to adapt to daily changing circumstances and proficient at multitasking
• Ensure all towed-in vehicles have an RO written and that the tow bill is entered into the RO appropriately
• Schedule estimates and repairs
• Scan necessary paperwork and documents into the RO
• Communicate with estimators on any customer concerns and/or complaints
• Must be very thorough in their documentation processes
• Must be proficient in data entry
• Must update Enterprise Arms a minimum of twice per day
• Should have basic math skills, which includes the use of calculators
• Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Notify Enterprise/Hertz of customers needing rentals
• Ensure phones are attended at all times
• Communicate with all managers on customer service issues and concerns.
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
Hours:
• Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Compensation:
• $18 an hour
