As we head into a new year, I’m excited to celebrate a franchisee who’s kicking off 2026 with a lot to smile about—a new marriage, a new business, and a brand-new van that arrived turnkey ready from day one. While he enjoyed his honeymoon, I handled everything behind the scenes: sourcing the van, facilitating the financing, coordinating the upfit, managing the wrap, and delivering it to his front door in Atlanta. My goal is simple—do 100% of the heavy lifting so franchisees can stay focused on launching and growing their businesses, not chasing down vehicles or logistics.

The power of a handwritten note.

Over the years, several leasing agents (myself included) tried reaching out to this franchise group to share our vehicle acquisition program — with little success.

Then one day, I decided to take a different approach. I sat down and wrote an old-fashioned, handwritten card and mailed it directly to one of the franchise owners.

Not only did he respond — he showed up at my office to personally thank me. He said I was the first person to ever take the time to do that.

That simple gesture led to an introduction to others at Fish, and ultimately to our first vehicle delivery through my 5-Step Franchise Vehicle Acquisition Plan.

Hopefully this is just the beginning of many more deliveries and a long-term partnership.
