Pana Motors is looking to add a qualified ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to our team.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, have the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, dependable, and possess excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Direct and supervise employees in the absence of the Site Manager
• Be polite and available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner
• Answer all incoming calls, text and emails
• Take written messages for occupied personnel and notify them as soon as possible regarding pending messages.
• Assist in contacting customers whose vehicles have been completed.
• Provide support with faxing, typing, mail, filing, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

• Highly detail-oriented and capable of maintaining quality and consistency in repetitive tasks
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities; flexible, able to constantly prioritize/reassess multi-functional position
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to be proactive and anticipate needs/problems and act accordingly. Must possess the ability to exercise good judgment and decision making skills, the ability to take initiative (assertive and confident).
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to various computer systems and software quickly
• Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
