During these tough times - we want you to know that we are here to help! As of now, we will continue to service vehicles and we will re-evaluate as the facts present themselves in the best interest of our staff, our customers and our community. You can get your vehicle fixed without ever needing to enter our shop. For the safety of our community and the convenience of our customers we will continue to offer these options:
Pay From Home: Pay from your mobile device - just give us a call and pay over the phone. No need to leave your home to come in to pay!
Pick Up and Delivery of Your Vehicle: Per usual, we are still happy to offer our free service of pick up and delivery of your vehicle, as well as providing you with a disinfected loaner vehicle to use while yours is being serviced.
No Contact Dropbox: We have a secure drop box outside of our office door. You may drop your key in this box so you do not need to come in contact with anyone. This box will be checked regularly.
Phone and Email Communication: We will be in constant communication with you via phone and email so that you know exactly what is going on with the service to your vehicle and can approve any work that is necessary. No need to wait in our shop!
Sanitizing Our Shop and Your Vehicle: We are routinely sanitizing the shop! We are being extra cautious with the cleanliness of our door handles, front counter, seating area, bathrooms and your vehicle to stop the spread of germs.
While our staff is working on your vehicle, they will be wearing rubber gloves throughout the whole process. We are being proactive with the use of steering wheel covers, and once the work is done on your vehicle, we will disinfect any high-touch areas, such as the steering wheel, gear shift, door handles, etc. Before giving you your key back, we will disinfect completely.
We are grateful for the support of our customers, employees, and community for the last 73 years and we want to help in any way we can.
