Up for sale is my food truck that I had intentions on getting up and operating as a side gig to my full-time job. Unfortunately, with my full-time job it has me too tied down to get this up and going. This truck is very close to being ready to operate and start making you money. Pilots light as needed on the grill and fryer but when you go to turn them on, they go out. I was told by a maintenance tech that I need a bigger regulator on my propane tanks to push more propane to the units (very easy and cheap to fix.) Also, the serving window needs to have gas shocks installed to keep window open (I do have the shocks, just need installed.) During the past year I would start truck once a month and drive it around to keep everything running as needed. Truck runs great and drives good Imo for a big box truck. New brake lines were just done as well. Truck has 4 seats in cockpit area for passengers (could eliminate 1 seat to add a freezer unit if needed, that is what I was going to do so I had a spot for a deep freezer.) I did have it inspected and passed by board of health this year, just didn’t get it up and going as stated above.
