Here at Otomo’s, we value teamwork and great community connections. Last week we were dispatched to a multi-vehicle collision that had many moving parts. We collaborated with another towing service on scene on which vehicles we were taking. Law enforcement had us hook up and get vehicles moved quickly to open traffic. We worked around EMS to assure they could do their job safely. We also teamed up with the fire department for clean up and proper fluid handling and disposal.
There is a lot that goes on with an active scene. With all the teamwork, the road was opened after 20 minutes and you couldn’t even tell there was an accident! These are the calls that challenge us with time and maneuvering damaged vehicles, but makes us proud of what we do! If you ever see us doing our thing in Austin, Dodge County or Blooming Prairie, Give us a shout! We are happy to serve you 😃
