Many people have asked, where did you get the inspiration for the shop name. Well, some friends of ours and us wanted to come up with a name that tied our shop to our little home town. Something we could be proud of and had meaning. We all came up with great ideas, but one of our friends thought about Aurora being the Summit City of the Ozarks. Once I researched it and read about it, I loved it!

So there ya'll go, a little history lesson and an answer to the question we get asked all the time!

Our customers are fantastic. For all the blood sweat and tears we put in to this business, it is a heart happy moment to see things like this. It tells us we are doing things right and it shows.

We have been getting a lot of great reviews recently. We can't thank our customers enough.

We got a new review today and I thought this one was worth sharing on here. We never really thought about the set up we have at the new shop actually being a good thing. We were worried about our waiting area design being a design where it would be uncomfortable or annoying to customers actually. We dont have anything to hide, so that wasn't an issue, it just wasn't as peaceful as we'd like it to be for customers.

But looking at this review brings a new perspective. It makes us think that its actually interesting for customers to see our day to day and how hard we work to figure out issues, keep costs down, think about the customers vehicle and the quality we put in the project and work together as one big team here to make sure we do it all right.

We value customers feedback. Good, bad or otherwise. Its how we grow and better ourselves and our customer service. We are not perfect, but we absolutely give our all to our customers and do everything we can to help and be there when we are needed.

We have undergone a massive change by moving shops and remodeling while continuing to service customers. It has been a tremendous challenge and a lot of work. Tons of late night hours to make it all happen. Extensive attention to detail and dedication by our team. We couldn't be more proud of our team and how well they have handled it. And we can't thank our customers enough for working with us and being understanding.
