Hello everyone, I thought I would share the Morgan Adams post about Tayler. Tayler was the beneficiary of Motorcycle Depot's annual Ride & Rally in 2018. That years event was one of my favorites. This is the one the Aurora Police MET unit did an additional es**rt after the actually ride and took us to Children's Hospital where Tayler was receiving treatment. With some help of the amazing doctor's and nurses at Children's Tayler was able to come down to the entrance so we could show our support. I have to say, that's the good stuff. Non of our annual events would have come together without the help of Sgt Revelle of the Aurora PD MET unit, his team and all the Commanders that supported our events. I want to take a moment to reach out to my Motorcycle Depot friends and family. As we enter the holiday season it is good to focus on others. I am asking all of you to help focus on someone who I have known since she was a little girl (and used to babysit!) and is dealing with an immense tragedy. Her boyfriend, who struggled with alcoholism and depression, used a firearm to commit su***de in front of her in their home. On top of losing her significant other she is dealing with the trauma of witnessing the event, cleaning up their home and moving, all while trying to maintain her life in general. A gofundme has been set up to help cover expenses for clean-up of the apartment and helping her move and cover living expenses while she deals with moving forward. If the Ride and Rally were still going I would use that to help. Instead, I am reaching out to all of you to help in any way you can (even $25- the typical ride registration fee- can help).
