This one was in for some general repairs and maintenance.

Among those we found a MagHytec cover allowing some water into the rear axle that could have long term caused some major damage.

The solution was a Banks Power differential cover to properly protect the bearings and gears. Do some research on square cut differential covers, your pinion will thank you!

We wanted to take a moment to highlight a part for all 2007.5-2024 6.7 cummins owners. The grid heater bolt

The grid heater bolt has been a major problem for a lot of 6.7 owners and has proven to be a lot cheaper to fix it before it becomes the problem. When it fails its a $20,000+ repair.

We hear it all the time, my truck lost 2mpg and seems to be lacking power.

There are a lot of possibilities and often times they get overlooked.

For this one it was a new set of intercooler boots and clamps to get him back on the road after finding a few boost leaks.

This customer received a stage 1 to replace his original that couldn't maintain line pressure and caused a few burnt clutch packs and extreme heat

We want to hear what your maintenance routine is!!

- Listening to the dealership or have your own plan?
- Engine oil, fuel filters, CCV filter, cabin air filter... how long does each go between changes?

Although it looks rough, this filter still have 25% life remaining according to the dash. Fuel systems dont like dirty filters!!!
